I have an exciting challenge for you, which will only take 15 minutes of your time from Monday to Saturday. Remember, you can do it everywhere, while waiting for the bus, during your lunch break, while watching tv or when you

Monday, Wednesday and Friday we will do the following exercises:
Exercise 1:
20 pcs. Jumping jack-squat
Walk on the spot
for 10 seconds
Repeat 4 times
Then 30 second pause before exercise 2
Exercise 2:
20 pcs. Twist
March in place for 10 seconds
Repeat 4 times
Then 30 second pause
before exercise 3
Exercise 3:
20 pcs. boxes arms
March in place for 10 seconds
Repeat 4 times
Then 30 second pause before exercise 4
Exercise 4:
45

Die on the mat / pray Friday prayers for 10 seconds
Repeat 4 times
Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday we do the following exercises:
Exercise 5:
20 pcs. Side-squat with high knee
March in place for 10 seconds
Repeat 4 times
Then 30 second pause before exercise 6
Exercise 6:
45 sec shake
March in place for 10 seconds
Repeat 4 times
Then 30 second pause before exercise 7
Exercise 7:
20 pcs. Power lunches with arms
March in place for 10 seconds
Repeat
4 times
Then 30 second pause before exercise 8
Exercise 8:
20 pcs. Standing side bends for the stomach
10 pieces. Standing side bends right
10 pieces. Left standing side bends
March
in place for 10 seconds
Repeat 4 times
Sunday is a day off and give yourself a pat on the back
